Larry Sultan

This is from Larry Sultan's series called "The Valley" which deals with the porn industry in California. I love the "in between" moments that he captures in his images. Sultan's primarily focuses on the suburban environments that the films are being shot in and the photographs tend to strip away any seediness associated with porn and instead presents the porn industry, as it is in the end, as just another job.
