Roger Ballen is a South African photographer I found at Lenseculture.com.The five photographs found here are from his series outland, and boarding house. Full of dirty feet and sheets, disembodied limbs, and crude lighting His photographs are a kind of surreal nightmare. If the subject matters turns you off, you can at-least appreciate his use of textures, and tones.
