I chose Halsman because I fell in love with this last image, Dali Atomicus. Halsman created a philosophy involving jumping subjects while photographing, so cleverly called jumpography. He felt that when people would jump, they lose their masks and Halsman can capture the real person underneath. He composed a book of 178 photographs all of jumping celebrities.
